About Molly

Molly Fiore works as a life coach, speaker and workshop facilitator. She is also the author of the 1st Place EVVY Award winning book, Opting In. She has been a featured guest on many television and radio shows including the Lifetime Network.

Molly holds a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University, a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College.

Molly devotes much of her time as an advocate for suicide prevention. She is a certified QPR, SOS, and ASIST trainer, and teaches schools, clubs, businesses, and organizations about the signs of suicide and how to link someone to help and save a life. She is also the author of a 12-week life skills curriculum, Super Class; an experiential program assisting students in taking ownership of their life and empowering them to make self-honoring choices.

Molly's individual clients are teens to retirees experiencing a lack of fulfillment, connection, direction, and joy in their life. Clients who work with her experience rapid growth that results in the taking of action in their lives. This action leads to greater alignment with the calling of their hearts as well as profound inner shifts including enhanced Self-acceptance, peace, and clarity.

One of the hallmarks of Molly’s work is supporting people in discovering how to turn life's obstacles into stepping-stones of learning, meaning, and growth.
